Is an Internet advertising term for a web page that uses graphical technologies such as streaming video, audio files or other similar technology to create an interactive atmosphere with viewers.

These web pages mostly use a third-party program called plug-in that can be installed on a computer to enhance it's browser by adding multimedia or other capabilities. Anark™ is an example.

Macromedia® Flash is the best known rich internet client plu-in and is installed on more than 97% of the Internet-enabled desktops and many other popular devices. It is also used to produce stand alone and web applications for a multitude of mobile devices. CornelDesign is able to deliver Flash® as stand alone (projector) or as web based multimedia application. We will meet any challenge in multimedia design integrating Flash®, Shockwave® or Authorwarer® technology.

CornelDesign is able to offer its customers web site design using all steaming video media available on the market (example: real player, quick time, windows media player, div x etc..) as well as site using View Point™, Anark™, Demicron™ plug-in free rich media etc.

We must be all aware that in the future more and more browsers will have the active x, java applets as well as javascript functions disabled. Another fact is that web site using rich media are targeting customers having fast internet connections, some applications take quite a while to load and might deter customers with a slow internet connection.
